Started looking for tractor with more horsepower on market place. Saw ads for Big Gus tractors and began texting questions. A lot of questions. Brad took the time to answer them all. Very patient and willing to reply every time. Decided to buy the Mahindra 4540 with front loader and hay spear. Brad offered to do it all online and then have tractor delivered...wouldn't even have to spend gas money or leave the house. I opted to drive down to put my eyes on tractor. Entire staff friendly and welcoming to me. No pressure, just old fashioned feel of "here's a good tractor, let me know if you wanna buy it.". Purchase was quick, literally 30 mins and done. Accepted my smaller tractor as trade. Excellent warranty on Mahindra. And even delivered the 4540 with a full tank of diesel. Loaded upy trade in and left me the new one ready to go. Driver took time to show me all the options and operations of the new tractor and answered all my questions. Immediately installed quick connect hay spear and went to hay field and loaded 20 round bales onto trailer to move to cow fields. That tractor is a beast. Very satisfied, and I highly recommend big Gus tractors...the entire team is a great bunch of people. You need a tractor, go see Big Gus tractors and enjoy the process. Highly recommend.
